PRACTICAL GUIDE

What Should a Small Business Website Cost?

Compare the work, the ongoing care and the complete cost.

Start with what the price includes

A website quote may cover only the initial build, or it may include hosting, maintenance and customer follow-up. Ask for a written list of pages, content responsibilities, forms, integrations and support. A low starting price is not enough information to compare two offers.

Separate fixed and variable costs

Monthly plans make ongoing costs easier to understand, but messaging and calling can carry usage charges. Ask about setup work, additional pages, domain renewal, third-party subscriptions and what happens when you need a change. Confirm ownership and cancellation arrangements before signing.

How Amanah prices the work

Amanah quotes website projects individually. We agree on the pages, design, inquiry forms, content responsibilities and revisions before work begins. Domain, hosting, third-party costs and any optional maintenance are identified separately. Our current offer does not include automated messaging, booking systems or review campaigns.

Choose around the actual problem

If your current website is strong but inquiries disappear into scattered messages, replacing the entire site may not be the best first step. Ask for a review of the complete journey, then compare proposals against the work that needs to change.
