Can visitors understand the offer?
Ask someone unfamiliar with your business to look at the first screen. Can they explain the service, the area you cover and the next action? If not, clarify those points before adding more content or animation.
Can the right person contact you?
Try the site on a phone. Find a relevant service, locate the contact button and complete the form. Remove questions you do not need for an initial response. Make it clear whether a submission requests a quote or confirms a booking.
Does the inquiry arrive?
Test delivery to the destination your team checks. A success message alone is not proof. Check spam folders, permissions, internal notifications and who owns the next response. Fix the handoff before paying to send more visitors.
Measure the right change
Where analytics are configured, compare visits, contact actions and successfully saved inquiries. More visits do not guarantee more suitable customers. Change one important part of the journey at a time and review the actual questions you receive.
